Biotrying to remotivate after a period of indulging in laziness and good-bad foods.
trying to manage loving food in a healthy way.
happy with life, god i love it.
love nature and live close to it.
i use this journal for listing my goals, discussing my weight loss and food issues with myself (yeah i talk to myself in this journal) and that's about it. i changed this from friends-only to a public journal though most my older entries are friends-only even though one person reads this journal, i think. :D i would love to have more friends who are on a similar journey, so add away if you please!
